At Splitz, we want every guest to feel welcome and able to access the information, services, and entertainment we provide. That commitment extends to our website. We are actively working to improve usability and accessibility so that visitors of all abilities can more easily navigate our content, learn about our attractions, review specials, and connect with our team.
We believe online access should be practical, clear, and inclusive. Our goal is to provide a website experience that is easier to use for people with a wide range of abilities, assistive technologies, and browsing needs.
Splitz is committed to improving the accessibility of our website and digital content. We aim to make our website more user-friendly and more compatible with commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers, keyboard navigation, and other accessibility tools.
We work toward recognized accessibility best practices and use accessibility improvements as part of our ongoing website development and maintenance efforts. Accessibility is not a one-time task. It is an ongoing process that may involve updates to website structure, text clarity, navigation, image descriptions, contrast, and overall usability.
Our website accessibility efforts may include improvements to heading structure, page organization, readable text contrast, keyboard accessibility, form usability, image alternative text, and general compatibility with assistive technologies. We may also refine page layouts and content structures to make important information easier to find and easier to understand.
Because our website may change over time, accessibility improvements may also be reviewed, updated, or expanded as content, tools, and features evolve.
To help support visitors who use assistive technology, Splitz provides a screen-reader-friendly version of key website content. This version is intended to present important information in a cleaner, more structured format that may be easier to navigate with screen readers, keyboard controls, or other assistive tools.
The screen reader version is designed to summarize core website content such as attractions, locations, pricing information, parties, specials, contact details, and legal pages in a more accessible format.
Some portions of the Splitz website may rely on third-party services, integrations, widgets, embedded content, maps, social media tools, reservation features, payment-related services, analytics tools, or other external platforms. While we make reasonable efforts to improve accessibility across the website, we cannot control every aspect of third-party content or functionality.
As a result, certain third-party features may not always perform the same way for every visitor or every assistive technology. We continue to evaluate accessibility improvements where practical and where we have the ability to do so.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we recognize that standards, technologies, and user needs continue to evolve. For that reason, Splitz may update, revise, or improve accessibility-related features and content over time as part of regular website maintenance and development.
We do not represent that every page, feature, or third-party integration will be fully accessible to every user in every circumstance at all times. However, we are committed to continuing improvements that help create a more inclusive and usable online experience.
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the Splitz website, or if you encounter an accessibility barrier while using the site, we encourage you to reach out using the contact methods available on the website. Feedback helps us identify areas for improvement and better support all visitors.
We appreciate your input and will make reasonable efforts to review accessibility concerns and continue improving the user experience where possible.
